How does the ordering, delivery and payment process work?

The process for a completed order is as follows:

- Your order is processed in the logistics center
- Delivery is made to the specified delivery address
- Processing and delivery costs are calculated
- You will receive a collective/individual invoice for your orders for the relevant period at specified intervals
