Scope of application

This Legal Notice applies to this website and to all Migros Group websites that refer to it (hereafter each individually a “Website” and collectively “Websites”). Each individual Website is operated by the legal or natural person indicated in the respective legal notice (hereafter the “Operator”). This Legal Notice is expressly without prejudice to any special rules (e.g. terms of use, GTC) indicated on the relevant Website or on any other Websites of Migros Group companies.

This Legal Notice may change at any time. Any amendments take effect from the time of the amendment.

Intellectual property and other rights

Without prejudice to any other applicable terms, the Operator or another Migros Group company is the holder of the rights over the Websites and all content displayed on them, such as trade marks, names, titles, logos, images, designs, text, digital downloads and other materials. No rights (usage, intellectual property rights, etc.) are conferred by accessing, downloading or copying the Websites (or any parts thereof). Any (full or partial) reproduction, transmission, modification, linking or usage of the Websites using electronic or other means (such as webcrawler/spider programs, metasearch engines, framing) for public, business and/or commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior written approval of the Operator.

Unless required otherwise by law, the Websites and all information, content, products and services displayed on them or otherwise made accessible are provided without any assurance, guarantee or warranty of any type. In particular, no guarantee is provided as to Website availability and usage, as well as the backup or archiving of any data transmitted.

Unless required otherwise by law, the Operator declines any liability, including in case of negligence.

The Websites may contain links to third party websites that are not supervised or operated by the Operator. The Operator declines all responsibility or liability in this regard.

Data protection

The Operator stresses that the internet is a public network accessible to anybody, and is therefore not a secure environment.

Personal data and other data are collected and processed in relation to usage of the Websites in accordance with the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Notice, available at privacy.migros.ch/en.

Product prices and availability

The Operator will seek to ensure that product information and any prices indicated on the Website are kept up to date, although is unable to guarantee that this will occur. In particular, in the event of any changes to products, suppliers etc., it is possible that stores and online shops may be offering different variants of the same product at the same time (e.g. different production countries, producers or recipes). However, for practical reasons, in most cases the Operator only provides information on the Website concerning one single variant. Purchases in stores are subject in all instances to the labelling and prices indicated in situ and on the product specifically purchased or on the packaging and any inserts.

Any prices stated are net prices in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT.
