How does the ordering, delivery and payment process work?

The process for a completed order is as follows: - Your order is processed in the logistics center - Delivery is made to the specified delivery address - Processing and delivery costs are calculated - You will receive a collective/individual invoice for your orders for the relevant period at specified intervals

This can be due to the following reasons: 1. You have not logged in to the shop. 2. No billing and/or delivery address was entered or selected. 3. The specified delivery address is not in Switzerland.

To ensure the necessary transparency of orders and to verify data, please note the following points: - Choice of customer group - Register with your name - Your email address must be unique - Do not use private email addresses Additional Information - When ordering, you can select a separate order address (e.g. department) from your address book - Please provide correct delivery addresses - Include additional information in the comments field when placing orders

How are delivery costs calculated?

Delivery costs are calculated based on an hourly rate during order picking in the warehouse. The costs are then updated in the order and listed on the invoice/collective invoice.
