How does the ordering, delivery and payment process work?

The process for a completed order is as follows: - Your order is processed in the logistics center - Delivery is made to the specified delivery address - Processing and delivery costs are calculated - You will receive a collective/individual invoice for your orders for the relevant period at specified intervals

How are delivery costs calculated?

Delivery costs are calculated based on an hourly rate during order picking in the warehouse. The costs are then updated in the order and listed on the invoice/collective invoice.

Please check that the delivery address is complete before submitting your order. It's important that you complete the "Company" address field when shipping to a branch or cooperative. This will ensure your delivery arrives on time.
